Sodus Point is famous for year-round fishing-delicacies like coho salmon, lake, brown and rainbow trout, top notch marine facilities and a yacht club. Little Sodus Bay, Cayuga County, is the brown trout capital of the world.

Trout fishing is excellent across WNY with 2 fish hatcheries stocking streams.
